Do not waste your time!! Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. It’s been 12 business days since, and had no notice of dispatch. Attempted to email them a week ago for an update and had no response either. Read reviews at this point and seen it’s a similar issue for many. Do not recommend!!!

Reasonable range of supplies, generally prompt dispatch, but there is sometimes a mismatch between stock available on the website and reality
Delivery was next day. I did have an issue with paying via the emails but this was rectified with one phone call . Lovely staff who are more then pleased to help
Have used Williams for over 20 years always had good service. Very responsive if there is a problem. Very competitive with regarding prices
The delivery was prompt, and all requested items were delivered. The only thing I would like to mention is the invoices were sent with the delivery note instead of sending the invoices to e by email. As some of the deliveries were at different site of our surgeries we sometime don't get the invoices till late or goes missing. We will appreciate if the invoices gets email to us for all sites orders.
