Calm and guided claim experience.

I'm pleased to write that the claim initiation process was seamless and straight forward. James was thoroughly professional given I was relaying information on behalf of a claimant. Immediately after an accident is a chaotic time, even being in the industry was tempting to just throw information in, James was brilliant in his ability to keep things calm, guide us through step by step and get the claim logged. Comparable to a call I had with my own insurers not long ago, this was a far better experience. Fantastic.
