Charles P is an absolute Legend in support. I've had issues connecting my Wahoo Kickr to Strava & Garmin Connect (even though it says it is connected) and Charles P has stayed with me in the support journey all the way. We're not quite there but making huge strides Pay rise for that man!
I just got my brand new Trackr heart rate monitor for exactly twice the price of the last one I purchased, which died in a year (no warrantee for me, since I bought that one off an ebay retailer---wut?). This one---purchased from the Wahoo website---arrived with a charging cord device that plugs into power with a USB-C plug---a port for which which I do not have. So now, I get to hate Wahoo again, for a few days, while my tiny (would easily have fit in their box) £1.43 adapter ships from ebay.
I have serious doubts about Trustpilot, they seem to be more concerned about catering to and not ruffling the feathers of the very scammers they are allegedly rating ,highly suspect! Why 1 star for Wahoo Fitness? Because there’s no Zero or negative rating. Their products don’t work and impossibly , their customer service is even worse. There’s no chance of real time contact and they answer your email when they get around to it,usually well over a week later, to offer solutions that don’t work and that you’ve already told them repeatedly don’t work. I consider Wahoo Fitness a criminal organization , do not give them a chance to steal your money, it would be cheaper, less painful and frustrating to set several hundred dollars on fire ,pour lemon juice in your eyes and punch yourself in the privates .
Element bolt didn't work anymore after a year+. They took it back and not only gave me a new one, it was an updated version. I'd go here for everything including milk and bread if they sold it.
