Not worth the cost and won't let you cancel!

While I did see some growth on my IG account, it was not worth the $99/month (I got more followers, but not one of them engaged, so I question the legitimacy.) Furthermore, the cost ballooned to $299/month and I did not notice it right away —definitely NOT worth $299/mo! Once I realized what was happening, I tried to cancel, but it has been more than a week and they will not just cancel it... they keep trying to talk me out of it, requiring more time and engagement from me. Very frustrating!

They've really helped my account

Upgrow is an absolute scam

Upgrow is an absolute scam. There is no way to cancel your subscription (despite the claims of a button in the dashboard that doesn’t exist). Support is never online and if they are it’s just empty placations. Eventually, you’ll get the offer of a call to cancel, but the link doesn’t work. I’ve threatened and have since reported this scam business to the police and to the bank. The only things that’s left is cancelling my card. Oh, and they double dip on the charges too!! FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. Stay FAR away. Their bots are doing a better job writing fake testimonials. ** UPDATE ** don’t be fooled by “Jessica’s reply. I have emailed their support. I’ve also messaged their chatbot. My conversation history mysteriously gets deleted once I threaten legal action.

I'm a new user

I'm a new user to UpGrow and wasn't sure how good it was going to be. I started with the trial which seemed to work well and moved onto a subscription to the basic plan. So far, it has worked well

FAKE ACCOUNTS AND CAN NOT CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

UPDATED: This platform gives fake accounts, accounts that has no engagement and not related to your niche, and canceling your subscription is deliberately made difficult. They just replied to me below that they have a “one-click cancellation,” but that’s completely misleading. When you try to cancel, you’re redirected to a customer service page that doesn’t respond. After waiting, you’re finally contacted—only to be asked unnecessary questions about why you want to cancel. If it were truly one-click, it wouldn’t involve delays, follow-ups, and interrogation. It feels like a trap to keep you locked in longer. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Be cautious.
