Having to review again because not only has uniqso still not replied to any form of contact, they are now, without communication, simply canceling any order I try to place. They even listed the reason as being my own request, when it is not. Even after I got the shipping / in progress email, it reverted back and they cancelled it. They also appear to be constantly deactivating, but not deleting, my account, again without communication. They are going to extreme lengths to avoid replying to me about anything,including this issue. All I have tried to do is place simple orders and expect support/ communication when required, as they always encourage people to do, but it seems that unless you are a high profile cosplayer, they do not actually mean this. I even tried removing any problem lenses so that we would not HAVE to communicate, but they are still unjustly just canceling my orders. Please Note that I have done nothing wrong. they have just refused to reply to any request for support.They themselves boast on their website that they usually reply within a few hours to a couple days, when this is blatantly untrue, and apparently they will retaliate against you for following up. So be aware that they can and will choose to ban you if you have any problems with your order as opposed to replying to their support form. I was reading back through my communication history and noticed that until 2023, they were very responsive and different in their service overall. Either there has been a change in management, or they feel comfortable enough in their reputation that they no longer feel like they need to treat customers fairly. If anyone from Uniqso actually replied to me and assists me in fixing this issue/ fulfilling my order, I will adjust the review accordingly Edit as of April 23rd: They have definitely either banned or suspended my account. Every time I log in they delete my account again, even though mt info is always still there, even on sweetycons site. They have also blocked me. All of this ovet a simple inquiry, and they have never once sent me any email explaining.
Absolute rip off! One lense for £10?!!! I can get a pair for less than that on coloured contacts.com. never shopping here again
Last year I’ve ordered two contact lenses on sale and what could I say I was amazed I love these contacts till this day they are so comfy and I wore them Abt 10hours I would really recommend them and the shipping time to Germany was abt 2 weeks thank you 💕👌👍

My first time ordering and I'm happy with the shipping time and quality of their products, however two items are missing in my package. I contacted customer support and depending on how they'll handle this case I might change my review. Currently nervous and hoping they'll be customer friendly. EDIT: Changing my review to a confident 5 stars! Despite their customer support being busy with inquiries their response time was very fast and after providing a bit of information they resolved my issue within a day. Highly recommend their service!
I’m so disappointed, why would this company even list just one singular contact on the listing????? Who’s buying just one contact?? Lmao we have 2 eyeballs not one… I’m just so distraught because I waited THREE WEEKS ALMOST 4 for my lenses to get here and I was so excited opening them and I realize there’s only one… even the box it came in says 2 PAIRS INSIDE… so obviously the other lenses was purposely removed… I even asked for a refund but they just refuse and say something about how you have to add two pairs, BUT IT DOESNT SAY THAT ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE !! Not to mention when I received the package it was so smashed I was surprised the contacts weren’t destroyed… they definitely KNOW what they’re doing and know they’re tricking people, how scummyyyyy lol, I ended up going and getting a pair from my beauty supply store that actually came with 2 lenses how it’s supposed to!! And even a lense case ;) ! Please do better for your customers lmao
I tried ordering from the EU Express Store, it didn‘t work, also weirdly it still has a NYE2024 Banner. So i ordered from the normal EU Store with express shipping (because i need it on time) which is kinda expensive with 22€ and now 5 days later it hasn‘t even been shipped, im not getting an answer either from customer support and we are nearing the weekend again. All around a very exhausting experience.
I waited almost a month for these contacts. I ordered prescription ones that are 1.50 which is what I use, and they hurt my eyes so bad and were so blurry, I had to take them out immediately. It took my eyes a few minutes to adjust back to normal after taking them out. Waste of money.

It was pretty quick and easy, I thought it was going to be sketchy at first but it was pretty alright and straightforward, things arrived on time and the instructions on the packaging were easy to follow. I totally recommend this, I'll try their wigs next.

I was trying to purchase several colored contacts and immediately get an email back saying certain colored contacts are sold out—why were they listed on the website then?! I never understood that. Once I reply, it kept going back and forth on another contact being sold out and I replied very quickly to these emails so I don’t understand how this is happening. It got very frustrating on my end and obviously on their end that they refunded my order entirely without my consent. Is that even ok to do?! Basically the items being listed on their website needs to get a daily update because it is NOT accurate.
Affordable prices, great quality, comfortable and super cute lenses. 5/5 experience, would definitely recommend :)
