Very Unhelpful
Issue with ACO drains, raised the issue via email back and forward over a 2 week period and was then contacted by their online sales manager who stated that based on their assumption, I had damaged the product myself and that there is nothing further they can do to assist. Very unhelpful and a waste of time if you need customer service - avoid.
