The product ordered wasn't delivered…
The product ordered wasn't delivered within 24 hours as detailed on the website. I followed up twice and was told it was on it's way but it never appeared. I then cancelled the order, was told I would be refunded straight away and no refund has yet been made. Very disappointed.
