I've just discovered Treatstock and found the website a great way to get loads of quotes to have my designs 3D-printed. The whole process was really easy with good, clear communication throughout. I'll definitely use them again.

As a complete n00b i found it easy to get from TinkerCAD to artifact. Treatstock had the right buttons and information to help ensure the thing i got was the thing i had in mind and made communication with my vendor simple. i'll be back.

Treatstock is my go-to bureau service since the effective demise of 3Dhubs. I can access small vendors who deliver fast, high quality, low cost prints in most materials and technologies I need. Precio and 4th Dimension Printing are two of my current UK favourites. Although still a little primitive, the Treatstock ordering process has recently improved. For instance, infill can now be specified in advance, where before it was a matter of negotiating with the supplier after making the order. Unfortunately you can still have time wasted by larger vendors with no intention of taking small orders and get repeatedly handed off from one to another with no say in the matter. Be prepared to cancel if you are getting the run-around. If your material needs are more exotic and you don't want to pay Shapeways prices, try craftcloud3d.
