Very friendly and reassuring

I have been a regular at Queen Street over many years and have always found the service to be excellent. I've managed to stay an NHS patient all the time even when dentists came and went at the surgery. I saw Dr Chen on my most recent visit, and as ever, he was calm and reassuring.

I visited this dentist yesterday after putting it off for quite some time due to anxiety. I was incredibly nervous, but from the moment I sat in the chair, I was made to feel completely at ease. The team were kind, patient, and understanding, and they took the time to explain everything in a calm and reassuring way. What could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be a really positive one. I genuinely felt comfortable throughout the appointment, which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone—especially those who feel anxious about dental visits—and I’ll absolutely be using this dentist going forward.

Stratos has been my dentist for many years. He is professional, polite, calm and knowledgable. I look forward to seeing him and his lovely dental nurse Julie. My appointment yesterday at the Broxbourne branch was no exception. I was seen promptly for my routine check up and all was well. Stratos informed me of an issue with one of my teeth which could lead to a future problem. I found this very helpful, and I know he will keep an eye on things before anything becomes a major issue. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I wouldn't give Nina 5 stars,,,, I'd give her a million stars,,,she always has a smile on her face she is very professional at what she does and goes out of her way to make a happy smile I would definitely recommend this lovely dentist to everyone xx

I’ve had a couple of treatments with Alan at together dental. In both, I found him to be an expert in his field, as well as a likeable and friendly individual. Whenever I need future treatment, I’ll be sure to come back.

My emergency all was answered at 08;00 and I was able to see the dentist at 09;30 same day for refilling of broken filling. Excellent service carried out by competent dentist.

The usual 1st class service from Alan and the staff, never any problems and good advice, great experience every time

My grandson who is 3 1/2 came in for his check up they were so very food with him as always he likes coming to the dentist as they make it calm and fun would highly recommend.

I needed an urgent appointment and my usual dentist Dr Paulson was able to help with the abscess I had. Usual courteous informative appointment.

Expertly staff on reception and in the treatment room. Wonderful dentist instilled confidence. However, on the hottest day of the year and having to climb very steep stairs to the first floor waiting area, there was no air conditioning or even a fan to cool you. I am obviously disabled and find the stairs a challenge

Really poor experience. I was told I needed a filling, even though I had no pain, but I trust professionals, so I agreed to have it done. The actual procedure was unpleasant in the extreme. The dentist was very rough and I was left with one enormous filling and a second smaller one. As soon as the pain relief wore off I was in agony. I went back five days later (losing a day's work - I'm self-employed) to discover I have an infection caused by the filling. I am on a course of very strong antibiotics and feel dreadful, and still in pain. Dentist said 'If this doesn't work, the tooth will need to be extracted.' I had to ask to see my X-rays, when I should have been offered a view as best practice. She didn't take clear responsibility, just said 'it's just one of those things.' In the meantime, I'm losing money because I can't work, I'm in constant pain and suffering the effects of antibiotics. This experience has totally destroyed my faith in the dental profession.

I have been with Together Dental at Hamsey Green for 25 years or more and have been very happy with their service. My last visit, yesterday, was to have a filling, that had dislodged itself, replaced by Dr. Flora. I am very pleased with the outcome.
