No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.

They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

Do not believe 5 star reviews!

honestly, I don't believe any reviews I read because this company is a SCAM! They sold me advertisement that my ad did not fit into, I filed a dispute because they would not give me money back. For 6 months they have been trying to get me to approve generic ads that are completely illegal to post without my permission, and now they attorney is trying to tell me that I owe them $4,000 for ads that never were approved or published. This is even inconceivable that somebody would have a nerve to bully business owners into paying for advertisement they did not agree or approve! SHAME ON YOU TERRABOOST!

Easy and efficient ordering

Recently placed an order for the sanitary wipes and ordered too many...our mistake any way it was an easy return process. The wipes are great too, we will look at other items from Terraboost in the future.
