Truly excellent customer service! I placed my order via the website bit needed it for a present at the weekend and according to the delivery details it would be here in time. I e mailed just in case to ask if they could be sure my bottle would arrive in time. I got a lovely phone call to say that they had got my message and to assure me that my parcel had been despatched that day meaning it should be with me for when I needed it. It was! Received a call within 10 minutes of placing the order to verify details of the personalised message for the bottle and an estimated delivery day. Before the product was despatched, a text message was sent to me with a photo of the personalised bottle. Delivery details provided with an hour time slot on the day.
