This watch band just fell apart after only 7 months of mild usage.Very cheap, Chinese quality (despite inferring Swiss quality). Cuckoo. Despite a lifetime warranty, the company can not be contacted. E mail in website is fake and the chat is unattended. You will be throwing your money away if you buy from them.

I ordered a wallet from them and then received it, my husband did not like it because it was a gift for his birthday, the reason is that the quality was not good and it was difficult to press the button to get the cart out so I decided to send it back. They received the wallet which was over a month old but I never got my money and kept calling them with no answer.

SCAM AVOID! Scammers and they pay people to give them 5 star reviews. But ordered a apple watch band never got it and they told me i get a refund not true at all SCAM AVOID

On 04-10-2023 I ordered the Rubber Band with Butterfly Titanium Adapter. Received the package on 20-10-2023 but received a totally different model. Had contact with the friendly customer service a they told me to send me the correct the titanium band with butterfly adapter. After 2 months waiting an several emails only silence left...

A complete scam. I ordered a wallet that never arrived. Every time I contacted the company I was told I’d get a tracking number within 24 hours. Needless to say they have now stopped answering my emails and there is no sign of my wallet after 4 weeks. Do not order from this company.

Never received my order

I would give this company nil stars. My order has never arrived after 10 weeks of waiting and missing our grandsons birthday. They keep saying thank you for your patience. They never tell us what is happening with the order. My email from Royal Mail tells me the wallet is arriving from Moldavia but that was weeks ago!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered a subpar wallet that arrived 4 weeks late well after Christmas after sitting in China for weeks. I tried to cancel the order the week before Christmas to no avail. I asked to return the worthless wallet since I no longer needed it for a Christmas gift after Christmas. Was told because I used a 10% discount code, I could not get a refund because I did not pay full price. Vard M then offered half refund in an email to me in January 2023 which I have never seen. Emailed every month since and get told thank you for your patience. Your refund is being processed. IT HAS NEVER BEEN PROCESSED to date. Run away as far as you can from this company.

I've ordered an Apple Watch band from this site on the 22nd of May they have never dispatched the item casually rarely respond to my repeated emails asking for an update and now three weeks later I have still not received a dispatch notice. It seems like a scam site that just wants to get your money using flashy instagram ads and get you to purchase but never deliver. BE CAREFUL AND AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

If I could give it no stars I would do that! Terrible customer service. I did Not receive the wallet I ordered for my husband, now you messed up his birthday gift. Ridiculous company, be aware and don’t order from them, very irresponsible and not communicative at all. NEED MY MONEY BACK

Regarding my previous review on 5 th May 2023 I was asked by the company to provide details of my order yet again… and now silence…. Still no sign of my order since december 2022!

Show caution when considering the 5 star review from Vard Martiros as I suspect it is someone called Vard Martirosyan who is an employee of Swisst and has replied to one of my emails to the company complaining about my order. For the record, almost 2 months after placing the order, despite the company continuing to advertise delivery within 5 working days of the order being placed, I have still to receive the wallet. I've been advised that a replacement has been shipped, but 5 working days since being advised of this, I still cannot obtain tracking information about the second delivery.

Absolutely pathetic product and even worse customer service. Order number SW35411 - One product was canceled and was promised an immediate refund but never received the same even after 4 months. The other one was delivered but did not come with the airtag and was promised a 50% refund on it. Despite over 60 emails and promises to refund back the amount, none of it has been actioned.

I placed an order on 8th April for a wallet which has not arrived. I have been provided with a tracking number - which doesn't work; I have used web chat - no replies except for once; I have emailed asking for information - no response; I have asked for the order to be cancelled and the purchase price to be refunded - no response

Order from this company at your own risk. I ordered in November 2022 and eventually requested a refund, after loosing patients with the sporadic communications, in March 2023, which was never responded to. I requested my credit card company to take action. To add insult to injury, SWISST are now challenging my dispute, unbelievable!

It took a week before the handled my order - so here the took the money - then more than a week and my goods is still in China. 2-5 days is a big lie - since its sent directly from China - and perhaps to you. Update i Got it after 3 and a half week Wrong colour 😳 I dont have strengt to spend more time on this
