I’ve been using Superbuy for a while, but after my last three shipments, I’ve completely lost confidence in their logistics and customer service.
My most recent parcel (shipped via PND Express) was delivered to the wrong address, and the local delivery company refused to communicate properly.
They called me once at noon while I was at work, and when I called back later that day, nobody answered or followed up. The courier delivered the package at an apartment complex in front of my actual address, and the delivery guy did not knew where he was.
The local phone number didn’t work, their website showed “address not located”, and I still have no resolution after contacting both Superbuy and the carrier. The PND Express first replied within 2 hours but once I replied back, they started ghosting me. It is the 2nd week, and I am still waiting for a reply.
What makes it worse is that this is not an isolated incident.
Out of my last four packages, three had major delivery issues:
Two previous parcels took 48 days to arrive, even though the maximum stated shipping time was 40 days.
Both delays were blamed on shipping line issues at Los Angeles port — but there was no compensation or accountability.
Now this third one has gone missing because the carrier can’t follow clear delivery instructions and Superbuy refuses to take responsibility.
I gave detailed delivery instructions, including what to do if I wasn’t home, but they were completely ignored.
When I emailed Superbuy, their responses were slow, vague, and unhelpful, and the company is now ignoring my follow-ups.
I’ve been patient through all of these problems, but this latest experience is unacceptable.
Until they fix their logistics partnerships and improve customer service, I cannot recommend Superbuy to anyone who values reliability.
Once my current issue is resolved (if it ever is), I’ll be switching to another agent.
Superbuy needs to take real responsibility — customers shouldn’t have to chase missing parcels, deal with unresponsive carriers, or wait nearly two months for deliveries that were promised within 40 days.
