I am extremely disappointed with Smash It Sports and feel compelled to warn others. First of all they DELETE ALL NEGATIVE reviews off of FACEBOOK. See other negative reviews here! The bag my son purchased $200 ripped down the side after just a few months of use. We have been in baseball for YEARS and NEVER had such a issue with a bag falling apart from any of our kids. This bag is poorly made and YES IT WOULD BE A MANUFACTURER defect. It's unfortunate because we did initially love the bag prior to falling apart. When we reached out to customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they berated us, claiming my child didn’t use the bag properly. Their response was personal and unprofessional, which is completely unacceptable. We should have been offered a replacement, but instead we were met with demeaning behavior and a lack of accountability. My son spent a significant amount of his own money on this bag which he took very good care of, and now he is begging for a new one, which are not cheap. The poor quality of the bag combined with unprofessional customer service makes this company impossible to recommend. Save your money and go with a brand that respects both their products and their customers.

I ordered one of their roller bags and after ordering, realized it was the wrong one. I had to wait for the bag to come, which it did, and I never even opened it as I knew I was going to send it back. When I requested information on the company's return policy, they advised that I can send it back and as long as the tags are still in tact and it's in the original packaging, they will refund my money, minus a restock fee. I ended up having to pay for the return shipping ($60) and then was still deducted another $30 restock fee. I would advise against using this company unless you are absolutely certain you will keep the product you order. This kind of return policy in today's world just isn't up to par with other companies therefore, I would prefer to take my business somewhere else - and encourage you do the same.
Bought a bat that never showed up now they want me to pay $115. Very poor customer service.
I had ordered the wrong size equipment bag and I was able to return the wrong one and order a new one and I had the refund from the first bag before I even received the correct bag.
I rated this company earlier not sure if it made it just kept spinning. Summary received 03/26, first time took out 03/28. Personally saw him put on his back and walk to dugout, it looked lopsided, we checked it when we got home. Yes it was in his back coming from the dugout to truck. Strap had some wear and wrapped around wheel. Asked if they could send me a strap, not sure if it came that way, we rudely told, I did it and they would ship me a strap for $5. Anyway I paid the shipping and will be sure my two other ball players get equipment elsewhere as well as the league which I am on the board of directors. Worst Customer service but now I read some reviews I should have paid ore attention.
if i could give a negative rating i would, it would be a minus star. this company does not deserve any stars. exactly on October 5th my kid had saved his money for over a year for his dream bat. November 3 less than a month and only the second time using this bat it cracks. Call the store and got a huge run around. the owner is not a customer service type of guy. Not even 30 days and threw me off to the supplier now, now out of pocket i am looking at another $150 in shipping duties. this is not ok. There are alwasy exceptions to the rules
I have zero idea how this company has so many positive reviews. I ordered softballs that arrived late due to a website error, so I could not use them and had to send them back. They charged me 25$ to ship them back!! 25$!! I call and talked to the customer service and they all sound miserable and will not help in any way!! The worst company I have ever had to deal with ever!! I don't recommend buying anything from here because you will get ripped off in some shape or form!!
I ordered their “bat break in service” and it was still in the wrapper when I got it. I highly recommend against using it. Get it done somewhere else waste of 30$
Ordered bat bag, cost 240 - used ONE TIME by child and bag is ripped - will not refund me but want me to pay another 120 dollars for another bag. Bag was delivered 3/18 - son used on the 19th - we emailed on the 20th letting them know it was already ripped.. They make it difficult to return an item for refund!!! It's a hassle to return anything. and they want to charge a re stocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping both times. poor customer service.
VERY SHADY! Went in cart and automatically had $3.35 added for “route insurance”. Removed it, and kept adding it back the moment I began to scroll. And why do they offer a 1-year warranty on a bat that already comes with a 1-year warranty??

Bought a pair of turf cleats. First time from this site. I wear 9.5 so I ordered a 9.5. Should have ordered a ten. Contected Smash it. They said the cleats are not returnable. So beware. Thankfully it was only $30ish.
On 10/12 I ordered a bat from them, it had a date from UPS of 10/16, then changed to 10/17 & then no movement. On Monday 10/20 I contacted Smash it Sports to find out what happen with the delivery, Stacy from Smash it said she would contact UPS to investigate, then next day I got an email from UPS that the bat was damaged. I contacted Smash it on Wednesday spoke to a gentleman there who wasn’t very customer friendly to say the least, he stated that because I didn’t take some type of insurance that basically I’m gonna get screwed. Granted I never dealt with any other bat company that does this. I spent $165 dollars he offered me 100 dollars of their gift card, I paid cash why do I need their gift card & he also stated that he didn’t have that model/bat anymore that I ordered. I feel the customer service was beyond terrible which I told him & would not use or recommend them to any of the guys I play ball with. Doesn’t the company pack the bat??? Why I should I be responsible for damage when they packed it.
