The challenge activity is great. It could be better with the capability to record directly in the app and get immediate feedback. I’m sure AI could judge the basics in quality.

Shady billing processes. Stay away. Poor incompetent customer service team. Took several emails to different 'people' to resolve. Horrible.

They are scammers! I canceled my service during the first 2 weeks, they charge me for 6 months, they claimed that I signed for the subscription, I did not. This is fraud!! You charging without my authorization an kept my cc info. The is is thief system. Charging 24.98 usd monthly

I’ve truly enjoyed using the app and gained a lot of value from it. Due to some current life obligations, I need to step away for now, but I was so impressed by how quick and simple the cancellation process was. Because of that seamless experience, I plan to re-join as soon as I can devote more time to it.

I kept seeing this advertise on IG and thought it looked good and I'd give it a try. DO NOT WASTE your money on this. Not even worth the trial $. Very AI generated and could give it to Kindergarteners. I also was put off by the non emotional looking characters. They looked depressed (no smile at all) and sunk shoulders. I'm hoping to get this cancelled immediately.

The app is cute, well designed, but personally I am underwhelmed. I’m 4 lessons in and I haven’t learned anything worth paying for. It’s kind of remedial. And I also wish that I had the option to change the reading voice. Hopefully by the end of the course my opinion will have changed. Im optimistic.
