Do not consider using this site if you expect some sort of customer service and or transparency. To trust you must read their fine print!!! EVEN WORSE IF YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR TRIP. They got you!!! Great at selling you the ticket and the useless protection. Awful at customer service and even worse if you need to make a change. The savings on the ticket are not worth the hassle for help. Read their 1.0 RATING on trip advisor. This consolidators is like dealing with a use car dealership salesman! Lots of promises and then you are screwed!!! Never again. Avoid or you will soon be saying never again!!!! Thank you for contacting SkyLux Travel Customer Support.
