So I ordered some items from online, and this is the shipping company courier that was provided after waiting several days for my package to be delivered to be notified. My package has been delivered, but to a completely wrong destination, I’ve tried reaching out to this courier with no support no response whatsoever after several attempts this is a horrible shipping company. It’s very unfortunate. I placed an order two weeks ago. I should’ve received it to the correct address..

I have ordered from three different companies who used SFC to deliver. Items were sent from China, made it to my country, cleared customs and then never arrived. I will avoid ordering from anyone who uses them.
I would not give a start if that was an option. Horrible I mean HORRIBLE shipping service. You will wait all month for a package they state will get to you within two weeks. Also don't have proper communication tools in order to speak or email someone about frustrations with services. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!

So shameful to know that you had to charge delivery charges for sfc delivery. It explains how in loss you might be though you r charging the price equal to KFC and cudnt afford to deliver free near by your branch in burjuman. I thought the services are matching to your hype .
I've been waiting for my order since 20th November...They keep saying it's out for delivery but it never comes. I would like a realistic date .... it's been out for delivery for 1 week and never comes ..... same awnser over and over it's out for delivery
