Sandra Davidson provided a professional service in a customer friendly manner with the sale of our flat. They kept me informed on a regular basis all way through the sale process and this was reassuring particularly during the difficult situation when the country went into lockdown in April. They also tried to communicate between the two solicitors involved in order to remove any barriers and mis communication to keep the sale process moving. Overall I am happy with them and would use them again.

I would like to specifically mention your Employee Manager Zaid who has done a tremendous job in helping me purchase my first ever property. My personal experience with my first time solicitors was awful and during this time I really do appreciate Zaid helping me by calling me and updating me into what was happening and what was I expecting etc. He took efficient time to explain me my raised enquiries when my solicitors didn't. It is really great to have such caring customer assistants during this pandemic as they way my case was going, anyone would have lost the plot. I was impress with their professionalism. I have dealt with other agents however this was on a different level. Monthly inventory and invoicing is part of the area they differ. I was impressed that they were able to arrange tradepersons at a competitive rate and oversee the work that was done. The time turnover for getting tenant in was imperative.
