An order for a handful of D2R items took 10 hours for delivery, was told 45-90 minutes and after 5 hours was told only 30-60 more minutes. Customer service seemed unbothered by this and items were missing after the initial delivery (I was in a rush at this point and didn’t notice at first). But good prices and I did get the correct items in the end so 2 stars.

Incredibly slow, had to verify my identity numerous times even with using a verified PayPal account. It said 3-10 mins for delivery and all the roundabout verification requested ended up taking over an hour….

Misleading Stock Information and Terrible Service Do Not Recommend I placed an order for a Roblox item that was listed as being in stock on their website, complete with a picture of the item being held by one of the avatars. But when I went to pick it up, they didn’t actually have it in stock at all. I was told they had to go find a new one, which took them an hour and a half. When they finally got a replacement, it wasn’t even close to the right size of what I had ordered. I reached out, and they said that when they list something as “basic size,” it actually means random. Nowhere on their page did it say that! This whole experience was a waste of time, and their excuses are completely unacceptable. Do not recommend this company. They clearly don’t care about transparency or customer satisfaction

Used to Be Decent, But Now It's a Total Nightmare Do Not Recommend I’ve been a customer of this company for a while, and I can honestly say it has gone downhill severely. It used to be decent, but the service and overall experience have become unbelievably bad. The customer service is beyond frustrating completely unorganized and extremely slow. I’ve had to deal with mixed-up orders, misinformation, and what seemed like blatant lies. It’s almost as if they don’t care about their customers anymore. Now, there’s a new verification process that’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s extremely difficult and unnecessarily complicated, making an already painful experience even worse. There’s no reason for it to be this hard, and they don’t warn you about it until after you’ve already placed an order. Save yourself the stress and frustration – I would not recommend this company to anyone anymore. It’s just not worth it. Do yourself a favor and find a better option.

Horrible Experience Would Never Recommend This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the entire process from start to finish was a complete nightmare. The website clearly advertised that my order would take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. That sounded reasonable, so I placed my order with confidence. However, after waiting not one hour, not even two, but two and a half hours, one of the employees finally told me that I should just “come back tomorrow.” Completely unacceptable. When I finally did get the item I purchased, it wasn’t even the right one! After all the waiting, all the frustration, they gave me the wrong thing. On top of that, fixing their mistake wasn’t simple. It took multiple steps and unnecessary hassle to get the correct item. No apology, no urgency just more wasted time. To make things even worse, they trap you with a hidden step they don’t tell you about upfront. Before you even get what you ordered, you’re forced into a long and difficult verification process. They don’t mention this until after you’ve already made the purchase, which makes you feel completely stuck. By that point, you’re already committed, so you can’t even back out without losing money. It’s sneaky and incredibly frustrating. Overall, this company does not care about their customers, their timelines, or transparency. The delays, the hidden verification requirements, the wrong order, and the complete lack of accountability add up to an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Save yourself the stress do NOT use this website. Absolutely not recommended.
