Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

From delays to no follow ups or feedback the whole experience was an utter shambles With a clothes moth infestation once the course of action is started it needs to continue month by month. We were told we'd get 6000 "good bugs" per sachet and ended up getting 2000, we had to chase the second visit which was meant to be 4 weeks later and it ended up be many more weeks than they recommend. I found a retailer (Dragonfli) selling the same thing so purchased from them (they supply Rentokil). I had to chase the third visit and chase the moth monitors, basically I had to chase everything. Next time just Google it and do it yourself and save loads of money time and frustration !

It's been two and a half weeks since we had the pest control inspection who confirm we have rats in the building, yet we still haven't received the quote to be able to start the work! I've been calling for updates almost every day and getting nowhere! Horrible service, do not recommend!

Duncan, who came to our house twice, was great, communicated before hand to try and work out how best to approach the issue, and then dealt with it over 2 visits.
