Trustworthy website with smooth plugin license activation process
Quality website, proper trustworthy this one. The whole thing's proper straightforward - you go on the site, buy your license, and they sort you out with a serial number for the app. I got myself the MixBox Multi-Effect by IK Multimedia. Once I'd paid up, it sent me straight to a page where I could get the IK Product Manager downloaded. Dead easy from there - just downloaded the software and got it all activated with the serial number they gave me. Worked a treat, no messing about or owt like that. Can't fault it really. Cheers!

Years of great experience here. A great place to gain the necessary tools and knowledge to launch a complete beginner to superstardom or points in between. I have had the opportunity to trial test plugins and or view tutorials before I eventually purchased. It’s a great way to learn and grow.

Nice company offering products for any budget. No problems with the downloads or the customer service. Paid for Nothing! Order Number: 53069191
This is concerning Order Number: 53069191. It took so long to get an email confirmation, that I assumed something went wrong and ended up purchasing the plugin from Sweetwater Audio. I first attempted to electronically chat with your company, but whatever text I entered the chat robot kept replying "I don't understand, try wording it differently." After several attempts I gave up and went to Sweetwater. There is absolutely no excuse for receiving an email confirmation 30 to 40 minutes later. It was only $20 US, but it definitely will be the last $20 you ever see from me!

Terrible experience!
Terrible experience! - Difficulty processing payments - Furthermore, the plugin (muted trumpet harmon) is unusable because it requires a specific version of Kontakt. - The website specifies that you need at least version 6, but it doesn't specify that it's a different Kontakt that costs over €300. This doesn't seem very serious to me; it's just fooling customers. I reserve the right to take legal action.
