Repeat customers so happy again!
We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!

Andreia was excellent. Communicated all the way. Answered all my question and went out of her way to arrange the full package for our cruise in March 2026. Flights from South Africa, transfers and pre-cruise hotel stay. We are looking forward to the cruise.

This is the second cruise we’ve booked with this company as the first one went so well with Robin. His very patient and went through endless options that we asked for, calling us on Sundays to work around our schedules too. Always would recommend.

Another amazing experience with Paramount!
Booking with Paramount cruises is just so easy! Mo responded really quickly to my enquiry and gave great advice about flights etc. He then emailed me with the available cabin numbers and within 20 minutes it was all sorted! Mo's friendly manner & impressive efficiency made all the difference. Can't wait for our cruise now!

Paramount send me regular offers and updates on cruises which is a great way to keep abreast on the many different cruising experiences. I responded to one of those emails and booked a cruise unfortunately the price had increased between the email being sent and me booking my cabin hence 4⭐️ not 5⭐️ The person I spoke to and emailed (Andreia) regarding the holiday was very helpful and knowledgeable.
