Let's face it, vegan protein is never going to be the most delicious thing on earth! But this is by far the best tasting on the market and doesn't need to be disguised with fruit or milk like so many others I've tried.

Awesome Product & Amazing Service I have been a regular user of Neat's products for over 3 years now and couldn't recommend it more. I love that the ingredients are simple and not full of confusing additives. The product for me has always been the best for taste, and I have tried A LOT. I use Vanilla Whey and its a perfect balance of sweetness without being one of those sugar-free double-chocolate cookie caramel flavours that clearly can't be good for you. I remember the days of the 1kg bags, but I'm loving the simplicity of the new sachets. I take one in my gym bag so I can quickly refuel after a squash game or workout and also keep a box at work for when I'm feeling peckish at 3pm and want to avoid the free biscuits. Also, the subscription service is very simple and easy to use. I'm not sure why people below are complaining because it's all very clear. I occasionally skip orders using the online platform and its never discouraged. I mean its a very saturated market and personal tastes differ so you should try it out for yourself before committing, but for me, it really works!
Subscription works well for me. I do every two weeks, but only for the past two months. It fits into my letterbox which is awesome! No need to mess about with a large package. Taste is subjective, but these are by far the best vegan protein powders I have tried! I’ve tried a few. Nothing beats Whey for taste richness but I wouldn’t have guessed it was pea or hemp protein at all. It’s also convenient having the sachets instead of some massive lump of a tub.

Got a vegan starter box for me and my husband. Good god these things are awful - how do they taste so bad 😰 I can't fault the service at all - but the taste is absolutely horrendous, so artificially sweet and nasty. Will have to throw the remaining sachets out a bit of a disappointment and total waste of money
I applied for the starter box and really hated it. They never warned me that my money would be taken for the next box and I wasn't aware it was locked into a subscription. I emailed them as soon as I saw the confirmation email to cancel and it took them until Monday to get back to me, by which time the item had been shipped! They expect me to send the box back at my own expense (which I can't afford to do as I'm unemployed and don't have any spare money) I'm now left with a product I can't use and I'm £20 out of pocket!
Well packaged looks great but the taste of chocolate and vanilla is awful with milk or water struggling to Finnish rest off but the saying says eating healthy wont taste good lol
Awful taste and really poor customer service - this company gives e-commerce business a bad name. I signed up for the trial and was not sent a pre-warn email before my money was taken for my second order. This is extremely sneaky. They tried to take payment on a Saturday which was declined as I didn't have the funds in my account. I sent an email the same day requesting this order was cancelled, then again on the Sunday and Monday. On the bank holiday Monday they sent an email to say it was dispatched! I have received an email explaining that they don't monitor their emails over the weekend and I should have cancelled my account beforehand. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM OVER THE WEEKEND YOU WILL GET NO RESPONSE AND THEY WILL STILL SEND YOUR ORDER OUT. On top of that, they expect you to send back the product at your own expense and are also unable to take any liability for lost returns during transit so recommended I pay for a signed for service! I am so disappointed. Avoid. I work for a startup subscription company and understand how these things work. This is not how you should treat customers.
Can’t fault the service at all, I didn’t have any problems there. But sadly, I didn’t like the taste of the vegan protein vanilla. It just tasted like artificial sweeteners. I couldn’t drink it. Had to cancel my subscription. Sorry Neat.
