I am severely disappointed due to lack of consideration during their surgeries, they almost killed my little chihuahua Fido, they gave him and intestinal disease and gave him Hepatitis because the staff scratched his ar3e before the surgery and forgot to put hand sanitizer before. They also forgot to put anesthetic on too! After this, without my consent, they decided to put Fido down as he was in so much pain, he looked like Hisashi Ouchi when he got the lethal dose of radiation during, search it up, it's disgusting For focks sake, even the vets on the corner was better than this cesspit, and the ones on the corners aren't even that good! You need to up your service, you little pieces of sh]t.

They helped me a lot they gave me proper medication for my pet. And proper treatment I am soo happy that found this hospital. I will recommend you guys to go and experience here at once.

I found National Animal Hospital after doing a lot of online research. My dog is on maintenance meds and I was looking for a cheaper place to get them than my vet. For the most part everything was good, until it wasn't. There was a delay in one order that needed a phone call from me to resolve. Then I ordered Bravecto which they informed me had been shipped but I never received. The latest was when I ordered the regular maintenance meds and they never came so I tried their website then I tried their phone number and after doing a super quick Google search, this site came up and I discovered they're out of business! The saving grace here is that they refunded the charge which apparently they didn't do for everyone but I am really displeased with the level of communication. Their website sucked but for what I needed, it was perfectly serviceable. I really wanted to stay away from 1800PetMeds but I guess that's what I'm down to.
Company is terrible. Like most others on here, paid for my pups meds, received a confirmation that they took the money but nothing was ever sent. Tried to contact them through phone and e-mail with no luck. Website has been down a few days. Just tried to call them again and now their phone number goes to some sweepstakes hotline. Assuming the company has gone under. Doing some research, looks like the same people did this a few years ago under the name petmedsnmore. Pretty despicable to do this to people who are relying on medications for their animals. My dog suffered for about 2 weeks until I was able to get the meds elsewhere.
So apparently this place is out of business. You can't even get on their website anymore. I ordered from this website because of the outstanding reviews August 21st, it is now Sept 18th and like everyone else recent reviews I was ripped off. They even sent me a tracking number and it never was shipped. E-mailed, called etc. Retired and on a fixed income and now my poor little dog is suffering without meds because I can't afford to order from somewhere else until my next SS check. I know a lot of people are out a lot of money, however my heart goes out to the poor animals that are suffering because of this company. A company called National Animal Hospital a place that is suppose to help animals.. I will copy and paste on every site that has this name on it. At least the website is no longer there so no one else will fall victim to this horrible scam.
Im out of medication for my dog and he will be in pain tonight. I had plenty for a 7 to 10 day expected delivery time...what is the hold up???
I have been Using NAH for months now and never had an issue with getting my dog's vetoryl, I usually do the 3 to 5 day shipping. This last time how ever I had done the 7 day shipping. I ordered it on the Sept 4th They took payment immediately, it is now Sept 18th I have not received my dog's medicine at all. I have sent 2 emails with no reply what so ever. Third email will be sent today telling them I will report them to BBB if they do not give me my money back. If I don't hear anything I will call my bank and dispute the charge they made . This is theft it is illegal what they are doing!
I dealt with this company for over a year for my dog's prescriptions since they were cheaper than average. I adjusted to the longer shipping times. My orders were typically filled and sent to be within 7-10 days. I had one issue where I order Cosequin and they said it was backordered to which they cancelled after multiple calls. I think had another issue that was not easy to resolve. However, this last order they have not filled. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Do not order from this company.
The only reason I am rating them a one star is that it won't let me rate 0 stars. Placed an order for Bravecto on August 13, still waiting for it on September 16. I emailed them two weeks ago and they said it was back ordered and should go out the following week, it didn't. I emailed them on Thursday telling them to ship my order within two days or cancel the order. Haven't heard anything yet, if I don't hear anything by Tuesday I am calling BBB. Tried calling National Animal Hospital and only get recording all hours of the day. HORRIBLE
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! They stated off ok-sent me my adaquan for my dog. My 2nd order was not as easy! I ordered two bottles in April of this year and rec'd it normal shipping time frame however I only rec'd one bottle. I emailed them and they told me they were out of it but would send it as soon as the new order came in. I never rec'd any communication from them until I reached out in August and they said they no longer carry my product and would refund me my $70. I never rec'd any other correspondence after 4-5 emails. I called and LMs and sent more emails and no response. FINALLY, I got a hold of someone who told me he would speak to his supervisor and call me back. This was on a Thursday and by Tuesday of the next week, I still hadn't heard anything. I called them again and got the same person who told me their system had changed and they could no longer issue refunds!! I asked why no one called to tell me this; the rep just rudely said he is doing what he is told. He told me I had to dispute it with my bank. I tried doing that but because its been over 90 days, I am unable to do anything at all. I am out $70 because of this stupid, unprofessional, despicable place and I advise each and every person who even thinks about ordering from here to NOT DO SO! They are so rude and just don't care about their customers. Absolutely pathetic!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT SEND OUT ORDERS! I ordered medication for my dog from them on August 23rd and it is September 12th and I did not get the pills. I called this place three times, the first time the voicemail box was full and so I wrote them an email, the next two times I called I went straight to voicemail. I also emailed them twice and got no response. I have tried to contact them five times and got nothing in return. I just called my CC company to dispute the charges.
Company was great for the first few scripts. My last encounter with them has been awful. My dog was off meds for a week because of this company and now a month later I still have no meds and no refund. They owe me close to $200 and no one will return my numerous emails. I am furious.
They were great at first but went down hill quick. They will not email you back they do not answer the phone or return messages. They took my money but didn't actually fax the request to the vet. And don't bother to ask if they will ship your package certified because they will tell you that they will but they won't, then give an attitude. If i just got one single email or call back this would be a 5 star review, idiots.
Took over one month to get animal meds after I had my credit card company get credit to my account. This was after numerous phone calls where no one answers or returns calls, never responded to several emails sent. The topper is that when I FINALLY got my order the pill container was open, the foil sealant was ripped off laying loose inside the box and instead of 180 pills there was only 39. I'll never do business with this company again and after this I'd be very careful if you consider using them. I did take pictures when I opened the box up in case they try to say something different. Awful awful awful
Would not supply a receipt so I could claim the prescriptions on our dog insurance policy. ~Incompetence or dishonest~
While placing my order online, I had a question and phoned. The representative with whom I spoke was extremely helpful and professional. On top of that, one half hour after I emailed my prescriptions to you, I received an email stating that my order was processed and ready for shipment. You guys do a fantastic job! Thank you!
