I put in a request and was ignored on kit of my purchase??????

I made a mistake on my order and when I emailed I got a very quick response and got the issue resolved. Delivery was also very quick. Would recommend 👍

On the while really good. Had 6 authentic good kits but 2 American non league teams. And just printed shirts which isn't what I signed up up but a good steady 6/7 out of 10

The service of mysterykits was good, the payment was accepted fast and shipping confirmation was coming a few days after. However shipping to Germany took 9 days and unfortunately I had to pay additional import tax which is not mysterykits fault and therefore I give 4 stars. The jersey was nice and good quality.

Third time purchasing from this website and I absolutely love the unique shirts, they listen to the order notes at all times and they’re always quick with the delivery, it’s a treat for both me and my son every month and we love getting shirts that we wouldn’t normally buy ourselves, had shirts from all over including Coloumbia, argentina, even had a shirt from the third division in brazil !! Came across these guys by accident...glad i did..😁😁 Plenty of choices, good prices, and unless you say what you DONT want, it IS a mystery what you get, 🙂 but seriously tho, i have no complaints from start to finish... website is easy to use, payment section a breeze, and the top arrived in a letterbox size parcel, so NO waiting for mr posty to return 😁 The top is generous size, (i went for large), well printed, clear, colorful, light material, Im more than happy with quality, better than some shops ive been to!!.. I am happy to say i WILL be buying more tops from these guys 👍👍😃😃

Still waiting to receive the order (Order #28608, payment completed). No shipping updates received for more than 1.5 months now. I was assured by email once that due to some issues the shipping was delayed. Didn't receive any replies for my second email. According to Royal Mail, the deadline to classify the item as "Lost" has already passed a week back. What should I do?

Apparently is lost, support won´t help. Edit: Shipping was a nightmare (almost a month) but I can’t fault them for that (now, that it finally had arrived) The kit itself is great. People outside the U. K. really should take into account, that shipping will take ages.
