This company doesn't have trustworthy practices with hidden fees and They charged my credit card without consent. Very poor communication and customer service. I will spend my money and shop elsewhere, there are lots of better options. Read carefully the real reviews and you will see the trend.

The website is not well detailed so I had to ask too many questions to find out. The rep always answer before I ask as well as the process felt complicated
Ordered 4 tabs of taladafil...received only 2 after week and half. Tried to contact customer service twice but nobody answered me. I had to cancel my subscription Edit after the answer: After the answer of myrocky ca, they answered at my 4th email at contact myrocky.ca...(my 3 first mail was in their spam box. They told me they will send me the two missing tabs today. After that they fix the problem with sending me the missing tabs.
Your customer service is very professional, non stressful and pleasant. I did not have to stay on the chat very long and my issue was resolved immediately

I’ve had such a great experience with Rocky Health. Their monthly check-ins really kept me accountable and on track with my weight loss goals. The Company website is awful. Messages are ignored. They appear to have run out of weight loss supply in December and have been deceitful in sharing this information with patients
I spoke to Renella, Finally this is cleared up. It was a credit card issue
