This company doesn't have trustworthy practices with hidden fees and They charged my credit card without consent. Very poor communication and customer service. I will spend my money and shop elsewhere, there are lots of better options. Read carefully the real reviews and you will see the trend.

Wrong address
For some reason while giving the address to deliver my package to I somehow doubled the numbers 10 10! Sent a message asking to have the address changed to the correct address. It was done and now I’ll receive the meds without a big hastle

Great Customer Service - Fast responses very attentive
I screwed up,got click happy ended up signing up for two subscriptions. Then due to my medical condition realized I needed to cancel the subscriptions. When I contacted Rocky Customer Service they were very helpful assisting me in cancelling the subscriptions and crediting back my credit card. Thank-you Rocky Health you are very Professional. Les
