Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

Don’t trust delivery timeframe
Ordered an iPhone 16 on next day delivery, received two separate emails stating delivery for 19/12/24, still no delivery as of 27/12/24 and just received a new email advising delivery possibly in next 1-3 days but no guarantee. Have asked about different storage options for quicker delivery but have been ignored. Very disappointed. I have used them in the past but now wouldn’t trust their ‘next day delivery’ options or any delivery estimates they give.

As new product faulty
Ordered an ‘as new’ iPhone. Phone has an issue with the speaker. Contacted mobile phones direct and they have given instructions to to send back at my cost (and packing etc) then I should get replacement in about ten days….. not great service

Could of been a better experience
I got 2 phones , I asked if the colour was a dark navy as I didn’t want a light colour blue customer agent said it was dark turns out it’s more baby blue then dark blue , next day delivery was none existent and the contract started a day before the phone actually arrived , the 2nd phone took nearly a week to get to us as the colour wasn’t in stock we weren’t advised of this and the contract also started before we received the new phone , a bit disappointed to be honest I was hoping for a darker colour oboe and to be charged a day or two for the two contracts before they arrived was not very good when the phone call promised so much more
