SCAMMER DWC !!!! LOST $25K

If this review happen to come across any law enforcement or FBI please take it seriously cause MEXC is involved in serious money laundering and fraud. There is a good chance that if you are scammed, the money will be moving through MEXC as was in my case. This is the story of how I was scammed 8 months ago and even though I took precaution before the scammer moved my money to MEXC, I never received my money. I was scammed on January 17th and I traced the past transaction of the scammer and warned MEXC of a particular account that was used to launder stolen funds. 5 hours later, my fund was moved to MEXC just as I predicted and MEXC came back to me telling me the account has been blocked and I have 3 days to get a law enforcement to contact them. Firstly, it doesn't work that way and Law enforcement have more urgent and life threatening matters they deal with. I filed a police report and submitted the proof to MEXC and they agreed to extend the ban on the scammers accounts. 2 weeks after filing a police report, I finally got hold of a law enforcement who got in contact with MEXC about the stolen funds. After months of no response from MEXC, all we got was the email address of the scammer asking us to contact the scammer and ask him to return the money VIA EMAIL! Total nonsense. This company needs to investigated and the owner needs to be arrested

The app is set so that you cannot get a second certification. When you do the first step of verification it's there everything's good except if you deposit and you only have your one mobile device by the time you come back to the second step verification the app is closed for you to conduct your business. After 4 days of trying to complete the arbitrage circle, several attempts to get the two-step verification every day have failed. My money seems to be stuck here forever because I'm unable to get any kind of verification for the two step process completed. And it doesn't matter how you tried to fix it between your email your phone and Google authenticator you can only put in the first part of the two step authentication process because as soon as you try to come back with the second code there AI is set on kill mode and your verification process is automatically terminated.

They make a lot advertising for great rewards system, I did everything, KYC, deposit, learning trading, I was waiting for rewards and airdrop and they just decide to block it for no reason. The reward system looks like a scam to me, just go to Bitget.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid using MEXC Exchange! My account (ID: -----590) was frozen on August 21, 2025, holding $611 USDT. MEXC claimed that one of my deposits was disputed, but this is completely false since the deposit came from another verified exchange, and I submitted all required documents and proofs to their support team. Despite full compliance and cooperation, my funds remain frozen, and MEXC refuses to release my money. This is unacceptable and shows that MEXC is NOT a safe platform for traders. I hope this review warns others before depositing their funds with MEXC.

They are the master con artist. Dishonest and brutal. Nothing is simple and straightforward. They do not uphold their agreement. This exchanges conduct needs to be investigated. Steer clear. Not worth your time.

i would warn everyone reading this to be very careful. Withdrawals are impossible they keep giving flimzy excuses as to why they couldn't process it but that all they do they always give excuse. The money i had there was just to large to let go so i report to FCA approved ROSE LANE (GP)
