Very Impressed and Will Definitely Use Again
Very easy ordering process online. Rang to ask when delivery would be expected before I placed the order and they kept to their word. Kept informed of delivery time by email and by phone; the driver also rang to inform me of his arrival time. One item was unavailable but again, kept informed and I was offered a larger item with a discount due to the inconvenience. A refund was processed on the phone as I decided not to go with the larger item. Delivery man was very friendly and courteous to both us and the other users of the road. Very impressed with the service and how efficient the whole process was during these testing times.

Prompt and an excellent product
The service was prompt and the product fine, and I was able to speak to a salesperson on the phone about my web order. I needed some coach screws and found Melrose had a very large choice. I did have a problem identifying the correct godfathers as I could not look in the yard; but that's inevitable at present.

Melbros are always hugely helpful and the delivery is quick and efficient. I am impressed by their COVID-19 policies also which have been safe and sensible.My only criticism is that on some of the latest Cladding batons I ordered were not great quality and I now need to order more as can’t use. Thanks
