Preferred my stuff via the website
Preferred my stuff via the website. Very easy to navigate and order. The order turned up when I asked for. I got a call from the delivery driver ( I was at work ) to say he was at my house with my order. Without me telling him he could tell where I needed the large back of stone placing and he couldn’t have put it in a better place. Made my life much easier.

Pretty poor
Pretty poor, took the online order for pick up of garden waste and the money. Then cancelled by email saying I was out of the catchment area, yet Melbros came up in a Google search as "Waste collection near me". Then had to wait days for a refund of the money, very disappointed.
