Ordered materials on the Internet and asked for next day delivery. Wood and stone. Didn't expect it but they came up trumps. 2 separate deliveries and the Wood unloaded when I wasn't there. Excellent service, can't fault them.

Rude staff, blaming the customer for their own incompetence. I run my own business and if treated my customers the way I have been treated within your business, I would be bankrupt. I see you have looked at my reviews left for others and commented that I should take a different approach. Once again, blaming the customer, perhaps you should look at your own business and how you conduct yourselves, a total mess from start to finish caused by Melbros. I ordered some building materials from you, your member of staff input the incorrect house number in your card machine, you are suggesting I failed to make a payment which was down to outright incompetence on your behalf. I was promised delivery in the afternoon, subject to payment being processed. I checked with my Bank and the payment was in process, you advised you had cancelled the transaction, however my Bank advised the monies were allocated to you. In reality, £1500 of my money was floating around in the banking system and you wanted a further £1500 to complete the transaction. I visited your site and spoke to your incompetent team and went through a world of pain in an attempt to have my money back in my account. In the meantime, I encountered aggressive, obnoxious members of your team, who attempted to blame me for their own incompetence.....you couldn't make it up! The circumstances were not out of your control on the day, your staff caused them and you are still blaming the customer! Incredible!
