I had a problem with the air valve on…

I had a problem with the air valve on the aircast Cryo/cuff lid. I emailed Medical supplies support who emailed me back within hours and sent me a complete new unit the next day. Communication was outstanding with regular updates.

The sizing was not at all clear

The sizing was not at all clear. Only once I received confirmation did the second item show that the sox were child size. The postage cost as much as the socks so pointless to return for correct size. Very disappointing and misleading.

Good product slow arrival …

The product is excellent allowing me to shower without getting the bandages wet. However it was ordered online late Friday afternoon and was not received until the following Thursday. This is too long to wait for something which is needed at once.
