I had a problem with the air valve on…
I had a problem with the air valve on the aircast Cryo/cuff lid. I emailed Medical supplies support who emailed me back within hours and sent me a complete new unit the next day. Communication was outstanding with regular updates.

XL wrist sprain brace
Ordered XL wrist sprain brace for my husband’s recently injured wrist. Delivery was almost immediate. Item was exactly as described. It is the same make as was issued by the hospital, however my husband likes this one better. It sits slightly higher and he feels a little better supported. Straps appear to be a little wider which helps.

Aircast cryo cooler with knee and ankle cuffs. Excellent product-straightforward instructions, easy to set up and use. It’s been really helpful with swelling in my knee and ankle after skiing accident . The swelling was a real problem. Wish I had got this sooner
