I think this is very unfinished. All other things are yet to be done except registration at stargames.com.tr. It would be good to be aware of a few things with the checklist. The website development agreement includes, among other things, the conditions for creating a commercial website. Website developer responsibilities, web page design, website hosting, compensation, confidentiality, ownership and rights, employee agreements, representation and warranties, term and termination, force majeure, joint venture, notices, time of essence, multiple counterparties, jurisdiction and disputes, binding on successors, waiver, severability, assignability, integration, execution and dating by parties. Naturally, the site related to the international use of the Stargames trademark should be licensable with content, which could also be used with other domains registered by Stargames Oy in different countries. There are very strong companies in the world competing for websites. For examle chess.com, fidearena and now lichess!
