No pude hacer la renovación desde mi celular, tuve que ir a hacerlo en una pc por qué no aparecía la liga que decían que tenía que aparecer para hacerlo, también el hecho de que no haya alguien, ni en chat, ni en llamada para dar soporte en vivo, y que tenga que esperar a que respondan un email (aunque lo hagan en poco tiempo) no es nada práctico, ni agradable. Me contactaron de inmediato de manera amable, correcta y completa, para explicarme cuál fue el motivo de la falla y su corrección, de la misma manera, también se ofrecieron a compensar las molestias, lo cual agradezco.
