Nicely appointed cottage within a short walk of the seafront. We enjoyed a lovely stay and would definitely book again. Be warned though: the nearest carpark is up a steep hill and the cottage itself is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

We had a lovely stay at Sundial House. Amazing location and accommodation. Hosts were thorough in their instructions and we really enjoyed. Hoping to come back. Excellent hosts, thank you.

We had a lovely few days stay at Westgate and although the weather ranged from sunshine to snow flurries the flat was nice and warm. It had a grand feel to the place keeping the features of the Edwardian era mixed with first class fixtures and fittings.

5 friends stayed in Teal House to do the Exmouth to West Bexington section of the SWCP. It was well equipped, had 4 comfortable roomy bedrooms, a nice sociable dining table with bench seating and a good garden with a large table and a good number of chairs. The house is well located just off the bottom of the high st near the Pilot Boat. We had good communication with Mark. Only thing to be wary of is steps as it’s over 3 floors and there are steps to get up into the garden too.

Great place to stay. Quirky cottage with modern facilities in a central location 2 minutes from the sea . Everything provided to make a lovely holiday or short break. It was spotlessly clean and all facilities ( incl. supermarket, chemist, butchers, bakers, restaurants cafes and pubs ) a short walk away.

Spent a long weekend at the Garden Flat. Very comfortable and spacious. Thoughtfully and tastefully kitted out. Motorway noise from the A35, and the hassle of having to cross the A35 to access Charmouth (walking the Dorset coastal path from Charmouth) the only negatives, but this has nothing to do with the flat.

Very nice cottage clean and tidy

The Westgate is just stunning. Beautiful building with all the original features you would expect with a tastefully done refurbishment. The house is so spacious and immaculately clean, the views are out of this world there is nothing I didn't like. Lyme Regis is just round the corner, lovely place. Best break we have had yet. 10/10
