I’ve just received my Rolex GMT II back after a service and a clean and I’m very impressed. The first point is that it only took 5 weeks instead of the 5 months everywhere else was quoted, the watch is immaculate and Oliver Ryan went above and beyond to get it back to me for Saturday morning.
Excellent service provided by Oliver at Luxe watches. After initial IT problems Oliver managed to sort this out, and provided a written valuation for my watch within a couple of days.
