Having ordered a piece of used equipment, the branch had difficulty locating it. Communication was very prompt and very apologetic and a refund was immediately issued. However, when the same item was subsequently located a short time after, I was contacted and asked if I'd still be interested in it, with the sale price held. The item was packaged and sent the same day, arriving with me the following day. Customer service metrics should include how things are managed when they go wrong and I can't fault this branch who took ownership and responsibility and instead of hiding behind a problem, maintained dialogue that resulted in a very satisfied customer. Great job.

The lens was a good price and works fine but needed a good clean as the front element look cloudy before a good wipe with a micro fiber cloth.

Very helpful on the phone: explained what was included in the sale and what wasn’t. Checked the lens would work with my camera. Lens arrived as promised and when promised.

I bought a pair of Hawke endurance ed 8x42 binoculars in the sale, with £100 off which caught my attention. Only issue was that the delivery was showing as 10 days. Anyway, I duly ordered said binoculars, and the following morning I received both an email confirmation, and a telephone call informing me that the item was in stock at the Bath store, and would be delivered the following day! The binoculars arrived as promised, and I have to say I'm very impressed not just with the item, but with the service I received from start to finish. Speed of delivery

Bought a pair of binoculars on line during the last few days of the sale. I was kept informed of the progress at every stage. The website stated ‘allow up to five days for delivery’. I glad to report the binoculars were delivered in two days by a reputable delivery company. A great purchasing experience Well done LCE.

I was helped 'above and beyond' by Freddie today, sending me additional images of the item I was considering purchasing, and he also is trying to have delivery customised to meet my needs.

Not very happy, I bought a "New" Godox iT30 flash unit, and obviously paid for a NEW unit, but what I have is not NEW at all, it's not damaged, but has clearly been used, also the packaging was not sealed, and ripped apart inside, where someone has removed the charging lead and storage pouch, if there was one. I cannot find anyone to contact on their website, so hopefully someone may read this and get in touch, wait and see I suppose...
