KRM-cowboy merchants

This company is a complete joke and full of sh*t. They made a delivery near to me and decided to turn their 30 ton vehicle around by driving up onto the tarmac apron of my drive and subsequently screwed up the tarmac, narrowly missing a BT chamber. Driver just drove off, but not before I could get a photo of the vehicle. I rang up KRM to complain who rang back and told me that someone would come back to take photos and then rectify the damage. As you can guess, this has not happened. I’m not best pleased, but that’s what you get when dealing with wankers.

Website needs to be more upto date

This company clearly has many great products but I can't seem to find prices for products I want to purchase on the website. The website should be more modern at this day in age and up-to-date. There are also no reviews to each product which would be helpful information to know the quality of each product.

Regular customer. 5 star service.

After taking on a major renovation project, KRM are my first phone call whenever I need anything for the house. Cheapest prices and free delivery over £50, plus normally next day delivery too. Friendly, helpful staff as well. Perfect.

KRM - brilliant

I took a career change 2 years ago from being a company director in a 80 strong printing firm to self employed property maintainance and repairs - I have always done DIY and have a few rentals but a change was needed - KRM base staff and delivery guys have been brilliant overall but I must pass massive thanks to Gordon Sheppard for all his help and advice

Absolutely fan-flipping-tastic!!!

I was looking for ballast for a diy project, all the big stores (b&q, wickes etc) were over a week delivery, with £30+ for delivery. Thought I would give KRM a ring and honestly couldn't believe how amazing the service was! Within 5 minutes I had the price for the items, confirmation of next day delivery (being good Friday which is amazing) and had paid, super friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend giving KRM a ring prior to any other builders merchants or big DIY superstore! Thank you guys!

Fantastic Service, Great Quality

I used KRM throughout my driveway build this year, supplying sand, blocks, bricks, slabs and coping. All great quality with only about 5 broken bricks in a total of 1800. Had a bit of a delay with the slabs, but this was due to supplier shortage at Bradstone. KRM created a back-order and kept me updated, calling immediately when the slabs were back in stock. Fantastic customer service, quick and easy delivery with skilled HIAB Operators. Thank you! I'll be sure to give KRM a ring for my next project.

Another great experience from KRM! Ordering is always straight forward. The delivery experience is fantastic, Vinny is excellent, nothing is ever to much trouble, I always get a call to say he’s on his way and the guy never stops smiling, brightens up my day every time! Quick turnaround, great delivery

Ordered building aggregates short notice, wanted AM delivery and got it. I know this won't always happen but very happy with service. Onto delivery itself, previously used Buildbase but their driver was crap..couldnt get lorry up drive, then wouldn't drop onto my garden due to BT pole, so dumped 10 bulk bags on end of my drive requiring me to handball the lot. Vinny dropped this load past the post right where i needed them, full marks, great driver and really helpful. Will be using KRM again, even if price difference in products. Thanks to all 👍

Took a delivery for a neighbour today

Took a delivery for a neighbour today, as the Driver turned up I went to say I'd cover for my neighbours and asked if he could look at booming the load over our back fence instead of straightdropping it. Vinny was happy to have a look and decided that yes, he could get down there easily enough (Not an easy task with double parked cars on the road and reversing down a grass track with barely two foot each side to maneuvre) As we were just bringing it over my neighbours shed he turned up in time to slice the bag and job done, bloody typical lol... Took maybe an extra few minutes to make the drop but has saved my neighbour a bit of shovelling and carting through the alley so full points and thanks to Vinny, top lad and a credit to Krms service. 👍 In reply to the response; More than welcome guys, as I said to Vinny, folks are too quick to complain these days and sadly not quick enough to praise where it's due. 👍
