I can always a find the products I need at the lowest price. I love the mini samples they give so I can used other products and the way they pack the product so nicely. Deliveries are quick and, as oppose to other sites, I get quick answers to my queries and complains.

Nachfragen bei Korean Skincare, der Paketdienst ist zuständig. Nachfragen beim Paketdienst ohne Rückmeldung. Bestellung Fristgerecht von mir bezahlt keine Ware erhalten und keine Lösungsorientierten Informationen. € 189,90 ???, Wurde diesesmal sehr enttäuscht

Korean skincare took good care of their clients. I messed up with my order, put a wrong address, I immediately contacted them and got an immediate response. They send again my order and got them within two days. Thankful! Service top and trustworthy!
Next day delivery never fails. Products are good. Some work better than others but that depends on skin/hair type. Where the company fails is that loyalty points cannot be redeemed through the app. Keep up the good work.
Availability of Atopalm mle moisturizer as it’s not available easily. Quick delivery and I love that they sent samples along.
