I enrolled for Prince 2 course through…
I enrolled for Prince 2 course through knowlethon in 2023 and when I tried to book my exam in dec 2023, PeopleCert site slots were unavailable. I contacted knowlethon and they said that many people are facing this issue and we will fix it for you. In Jan 2024 they gave me another code mentioning that I can use it to book exam. When I tried to book it, the code was already used. I again contacted knowlethon and this time they said that we cannot do anything, please contact people cert. My money (45000 rs.) got wasted just because knowlethon team did not know the guidelines properly. Please be double sure before you enrol through knowlethon.
