All good so far - confirmation emails arrived. It would be good if folks were pre-advised the 'insurance' on no show rail passes costs extra - or have the option to de-select it on payment. Wasted time having to buy twice!

We were scammed by this provider Klook

We were scammed by this provider Klook. We had purchased tickets, through Klook, for the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. When presented with the tickets at the Sagrada, it was shown that our tickets had been sold 2 times. It was shown in the computer system and on the entrance gates of Sagrada that tickets had been scanned by other people before our arrival. We were denied entry. Our tickets were not valid. Naturally, we contacted Klook. (through Booking.com the platform we had purchased the tickets from Klook). Klook's response after that was ridiculous. They even want to blame us with a ridiculous reason. We did not get our money back. I do not recommend anyone to buy tickets from Klook. This is pure scam and as a customer you are the dupe!!! (Fortunately, booking.com did close the deal with us)
