Paid €120 for NOTHING

Booked 2 tickets for Musee du Louvre at €120. We were willing to pay 3 times higher than the official price, as the official tickets were sold out at the time we tried to buy. It is fine, a fair deal. However, it’s difficult to locate the host who is supposed to escort us to enter the museum. We missed the time to meet the host and they left without even calling us. We didn’t receive any tickets for the entry and paid €120 for nothing!!
