I opted for Salesforce Master Plan, it covered every important topic and I still revise the study material provided by them. Assignments, ppts, MCQ's are really helpful and are prepared with great efforts which is visible once we start learning from them.

The best part for me was the sessions were recorded. If I missed any session I still had the access to the class recording and not only this, on my next session trainer used to listen to all my problems and answer them patientfully.

Jan Bask QA training is a software testing course that combines manual and automated testing. Instructors are very knowledgeable, the program is well organized and very well structured. The pricing is fair and affordable. I would say it is the best program currently on the market. Try them out and you will not regret doing that! Everything is explained in a student-friendly and clear way.

Buyer Beware! I took the online SalesForce class and was very disappointed. The instructor was late a lot and sometimes didn't come to class with no notification. Also, the classes were rushed and difficult to follow due to the accent and the shared monitor was not completely viewable. The instructor sent a link to attend each class, but I did not receive a few links. I emailed several times for the link, but did not receive a response. I was finally sent the link, two days later at 2:00 a.m. By this time, I had fallen too far behind, so I requested a cancellation. I requested the refund for the remaining classes, per the agreement, two months ago. As of today, I have not received a refund. I've spoken to JanBask Support several times and was promised that I would receive the refund, but have not received a refund. Buyer Beware! This company will take your money and run, even though the agreement states that they will refund for cancellation.

The JanBask Salesforce class was a COMPLETE waste of time and money. Imagine being on a conference call from India where you have to learn technical information but the accents are so heavy that you can barely understand what they are saying, dogs are constantly barking in the background, the connection is so bad that it drops an average of once every three classes,the entire website goes down with an Error 524 (two classes cancelled), the instructor frequently needs to be corrected by one of the experienced pupils (e.g. Jacqueline) and is seldom prepared. In addition, a tremendous amount of time is wasted during live classes because other students keep asking questions that are not relevant. After discussing my concerns with JanBask they agreed to refund me the tuition and/or allow me to try another instructor. Unfortunately, it was basically the same experience. Since then I have found another source with recorded classes for a fraction of the cost that are much higher quality, easier to understand (even with an Indian accent) and a much more productive use of my time. There is also a website with practice tests that are very helpful. I passed my exam using the other sources on the first attempt and regret ever wasting my time and money with JanBask. I am still waiting for the refund I was promised and leave voicemails every few days but never hear back. Miserable experience; do NOT waste your money! James R. Viator

JanBask Training is the best Online training platform that I have seen my career so far. I had subscribed for Salesforce Training and Certification. The course is very well organized and all the PPT, Videos and regular assignments had made everything better and easier to learn. The best thing about their training is that it covers the concepts of admin and developer in one single course. Therefore, you don’t have to invest time and money in two different courses. They also provide an anytime assistance facility for all their learners.

I had signed up for the online course on QA testing Training and Certification provided by this online classes platform called the JanBask Training. I found their course was quite up-to-date and contained the scope for practical training as was required for real testing training. I got real-world training in coding and testing scenarios with the help of regular homework based on developing test cases, test plans, planning the methodologies etc. The best part about this course is that it is only six weeks long and it gives you good training in Selenium and QTP to improve your practical knowledge.

I was very disappointed in the Salesforce Administrator training I received with Janbask. The online training was overpriced, our instructor was late or didn't even show up for class many days, and worst of all, this class did not fully prepare us to successfully pass the Admin certification. We learned only the very basics of the Salesforce platform and the Admin daily tasks and responsibilities. From my experience with Janbask, I would recommend a more inexpensive and better online course such as Udemy. Udemy and other training courses will provide more in depth training than Janbask.

I am extremely satisfied with the training. Marvelous job by our Instructor, great hold over his technical skills. I never realized that I am not a technical person being from Non IT Background, trainer tailored everything according to our understanding! JanBask Training is building a very good learning environment and experience.
