I think Swati is an excellent instructor. She was always punctual and engaging. She asked great mock interview questions. It helped me to prepare for my job interview. She also assisted me with updating my resume and applying for jobs online. We applied together. Swati is also very caring and supportive. I would highly recommend her course. I hoped Janbask Training would provide actual job placement opportunities after completing the course. I took the SQL course first and my instructor missed 8 classes for various reasons ( technical issues most of the time). He would cancel the class right before it was set to start. That was very inconsiderate. I missed a family graduation on a Friday night because he did not show. That was very unprofessional. When he did join he was engaged. I asked for assignments and quizzes to test our knowledge. He did however, he never returned the assessments to us. The class ended over a month ago and I still have not received the graded assessment. I do appreciate the resource materials he provided. Overall I give Swati 5/5 stars and the SQL and the SQL instructor 3/5.

this is the best platform to learn the software course. Especially who came from different background. they explained each and every topic in detail. they provide materials and practice test.

I recently completed the Business Analysis program which was categorically in 2 parts, first part covered the foundations of Business Analysis course and the second part was job assistance.Overall course was indeed informative one but found Business Analysis part too theoretical with limited focus on technical skills.At some places it was bit rushed but overall the course was informative and engaging. Both the instructors ( Business Analysis course / Job assistance program ) were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and quite encouraging.I enjoyed job assistance program a lot since there were other individuals from different program which gave me a different perspective from interview front and the instructor was quite cheerful , knowledgeable which made the program more interesting. I would recommend to 1. Supplement course material with more focus on data analysis or technical skills with real world examples and case studies 2. Provide more opportunities for hand on-practice for the reporting tools 3. And the last part is the Support/helpdesk number, It's a really big pain.There was no way to get through any of the mentioned contact number or reach someone for online support in case of emergency.Having said that, whenever the support team used to revert they were quite polite and understanding. While there's room for improvement I would still recommend this course to those looking to enter the field of Business Analysis.

Had a good experience with JanBask. The instructor was very patient and helpful. Had some issues with the class recordings but they helped me resolve the issue.

Swati has done a phenomenal job explaining what we can put in our resumes and other job profile platforms to help us get jobs in the QA or software field. She also does mock interview questions, and once a student answers, she provides a detailed answer that shows how well we answered the question. This is useful for preparing for the actual interviews.
