We were recommended to use IWC and Juan was extremely helpful with the translation process to obtain our non lucrative Visas. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was extremely helpful and always at the end of the phone. Great Service. Everything went smoothly.
I had to go through a number of paperwork and forms in order to work with Computershare for the transfer of stocks, one of which required Medallion Guarantee stamp. Debbie was very responsive and clear in communicating every step of the way - the overall process was still felt a bit long which took about a month (mid-Covid) but I appreciate the professionalism from her and the team.

Upon recommendation from a friend we were introduced to Juan to assist us with our Spanish visa applications. After months of our own research it was really reassuring to have someone experienced to guide us and deal with the translation etc of our official documents. He had our documents back quickly and we were able to get appointments with the consulate within a few days. Excellent service from Juan who was always very swift to respond to our (many) questions and went out of his way to help and reassure us. Also to note that the quote for services was very clear and very competitive. We had already obtained costs for translation and apostled documents before, these were costed per page and it was very hard to know how much it would cost. So the quote giving us the full breakdown of services seemed very good. Thank you Juan and we look forward to our new life in Spain very soon now with your help.
