Excellent communications, problems always answered swiftly, 5 star really, but there was a minor omission from a will, but it was rapidly resolved.

Best service ever from Sharon Edwards. Swift, regular, clear communication - she even responded to my initial ask for help on a Saturday. She also emailed me on late on weekday evenings because she knew I needed help urgently. She gave me invaluable advice on understanding a clause in a Will, with no jargon, no complication. My impression is she is a very experienced compassionate professional. I cannot recommend her enough.
