Arrived quickly and printed perfectly
Arrived quickly and printed perfectly. This cartridge was indistinguishable from a genuine cartridge. It printed first time with no smudging, banding or missing elements. I can't say that is always the case, as a previous cartridge smudged from the start, but as it's only black and white and for "utility" use it was fine. Delivery is very quick too, I usually keep one in the cupboard so I am never without one just in case and at these prices, that's perfectly reasonable.

Really quick and helpful response despite coronavirus restrictions
Really quick and helpful response over the email message service via their website. Wasn't expecting there to be such a quick response given that all businesses are having staff limitations in this time of the height of coronavirus restrictions. Hence for all the advice and being right on the ball with steps they've taken I've rated them 5 stars - excellent. More power to their business & well done
