I’m very disappointed with the customer service at InCruises. I’ve been a member for some time, but booking a cruise has been a frustrating and disheartening experience. I expected a smoother process and better support.

Здравствуйте! Меня зовут Красимира П., я из Болгарии. Мне 75 лет, и я являюсь членом клуба с 2018 года. Это будет мой 11-й круиз. Я обожаю более длительные круизы. Я уже побывала в Норвежских фьордах, по всему Средиземноморью от Кушадасы (Турция) до Гибралтара и обратно через острова. Была в Турция, Грецию, Черногорию, Боснию и Герцеговину, Хорватию, Мальту, Италию, Францию, Испанию, Португалию, Канарские острова, Марокко, по всему западному побережью Европы от Копенгагена до Барселоны (Дания, Германия, Бельгия, Нидерланды, Франция, Англия), на Азорских островах, в Восточной части Карибского бассейна (Мартиника, Британские Виргинские острова, Антигуа и Барбуда, Сен-Мартен, Аляска, США и Канада), в Персидском заливе (ОАЭ, Катар, Оман). Я только что забронировала свой 11-й круиз в Южную Америку (Бразилия, Уругвай, Аргентина). Я тоже являюсь партнёром клуба в ранге директора по маркетингу.Надеюсь достичь следующего ранга в ближайшие 1-2 месяца. Программа реферальных партнёров inCruises даёт мне возможность увеличить доход и много путешествовать. Я благодарна InCruises и себе за этот новый образ жизни, который я веду уже 7 лет.

Pésima experiencia en incruises

Pésima experiencia en incruises! Perdí todo mi ahorro. Los líderes no te dicen cómo funciona realmente, te omiten información, hay letra chica . De lo contrario jamás hubiera entrado a este "club de viajes" perdí 650 dólares !!!

Я являюсь членом клуба InCruises с декабря 2019 года и очень счастлива быть здесь! InCruises расширил мои горизонты и дал шикарнейшие возможности для путешествий! Я и моя семья уже побывали в 2-х круизах, а через 2 месяца отправимся в 3-й круиз. И это несмотря на пандемию и войну в моей стране. Именно благодаря программе лояльности клуба InCruises я имею гарантированный отдых. Это круто! Я счастлива!

Я член клубу вже 1,5 роки. Була в двох круїзах і це кращій відпочинок який могла собі уявити. Зараз являюсь безкоштовним членом клубу, та заощаджую 50% своїх коштів на відпочинки і це завдяки inCruises. Рекомендую всім своїм друзям та знайомим!

I am a proud member of inCruises

I have been a member in inCruises for 2,5 years. And because of inCruises I have been on 1 cruise and booked another one, both in Mediterranien, for 7 nights😊. I am a member in inCruises because of the advantages I get there, such as Reward points with benefits, my own booking-page where I can search for cruise and hotel-stay all over the world, and I can build up my travelling-account in advance - for my future travelling - cruise or/and Hotel and resorts🤩. I want to share this with everybody🤩.

Llevo siendo miembro casi un año y la…

Llevo siendo miembro casi un año y la única vez que intente reservar un un crucero con mi tarjeta American Express la cual la membresia me la cobran a través de ella pues sorpresa Declinada, la comunicación con soporte fatal contestaban tardísimo y cuando contestaban daban soluciones que no funcionaban, lo mínimo que me esperaba era una solución donde ellos mismos me enviaran un recibo a pagar donde yo solo fuera a pagarlo a través de mi tarjeta American Express y serciorarse de que yo si cliente pudiera reservar el crucero al final no paso nada y decidí no intentarlo después de seguir sus recomendaciones más de 8 veces al final siguen cobrando la membresia con mi tarjeta American Express pero para reservar un crucero esta no funciona… Fatal..daré un par de meses reservaré un crucero y si no funciona tocará cancelar membresia y perderé mi dinero fatal y muy pobre la solución de esta compañía para sus clientes.

Я член и партнёр клуба !Только клуб даёт мне возможность отдыха -круиза и Своих попутчиков .Но как партнёр у меня не получается Имею всего 2 человек членов клуба .Второй раз беру партнёрство .Я одинока. Родных нет .Война. Живу в чужой стране. Стараюсь много работать как партнёр ,совмещая с основной более тяжкой работой .

Я всегда мечтал попасть на борт большого круизного лайнера и эта мечта сбылась. В 2021 году вступил в клуб путешественников "Инкрузес", и уже через 7 месяцев побывал на своем первом круизе. В этом году планирую на второй круиз в качестве маркетинг директора 100% за счет компании Incruisec.

Estoy encantada con el club de viajes, me ha permitido conocer unos lugares increíbles, otras culturas, hacer nuevos amigos y vivir experiencias únicas en cada destinos con una calidad precio inigualables. Además, me permite compartir esta oportunidad con otras personas y ayudarles a crear momentos inolvidades, lo que me hace sentir muy feliz cuando veo sus rostros llenos de alegría cada vez que disfrutan de sus vacaciones. 3 YEARS LATER

Hello again. I was writing my 1st experience few years ago, since I just joined in January 2020. Since that time I have 0 regrets joining inCruises, as for the past less then 2y we completed 4 cruises and 1 booked in May. inCruises gives feeling of freedom! We could afford to cruise on newest ships and MSC Grandiosa 7 nights in July 2021, Costa Toscana 7 night in April 2022, Carnival Pride (not new, but Norwegian Fjords) 10 nights in June 2022 and final for 2022 we spend NY on fabulous MSC Virtuosa 7 nights from Southampton. Now we want to celebrate NY on cruise ships (next one planned from Dubai). And upcoming 5th cruise again on Costa Toscana 7 nights in May 2023 with hubby’s family from Latvia. It will be our second cruise as big family cruise. Me, hubby and our daughter are living in UK, the rest of our family in Latvia. And ONLY thanks to inCruises we all can afford to meet somewhere in nice places during awesome vacations 🥰 I won’t lie, yes, we can choose between cruises, hotels and resorts, but cruises are my one love now! It gives such a freedom, best value (I don’t mean money) and every time new experience. I love our club! 🧡💙 Thank you Michael, Frank and everyone from team who keeps it running and gives us more and more values 🙏
